“We stayed at the Homewood Suites in Troy and had a very positive experience. The hotel is very well located in a practical and safe area, with Walmart, Dollar Tree, and Marshalls literally right next door. The room is very spacious and comfortable, especially for a longer stay, and the kitchen is very well equipped with great utensils and everything working perfectly. That really made a difference for us during the trip. We would also like to especially recognize the housekeeper Jose, who was extremely helpful, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. He was always very friendly and thoughtful, and truly made our experience at the hotel even better.”

From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming, clean, and professionally run. The lobby and common areas were well-kept, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. You can tell they take pride in maintaining the property. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service, especially Christian at the front desk. He was extremely nice, respectful, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He made check-in quick and easy, answered any questions I had, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. It’s not every day you come across someone who goes out of their way to be that professional and kind. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and comfortable, which made it easy to unwind. Everything about the stay exceeded my expectations, and I had zero issues the entire time. I would definitely recommend Homewood Suites Troy to anyone staying in the area, whether it’s for business or just a quick trip. I’ll absolutely be coming back in the future. “I decided to switch hotels and I initially had came from the Godfrey Detroit which is 5 star hotel downtown Detroit. I wanted something that felt more home and bigger space. I had gotten the 1 bedroom suite. Overall absolutely amazing from the front desk to the housekeeping. I got snacks included with my room so when I noticed some of the snack had nuts and peanut butter… I had notified front desk and they within the same day had sent a lot of alternate snacks to my room. I would most definitely come back when on a work trip to this Hotel Thank you Homewood Suites… until next time”
